FUNCTIONAL FINE ART
My practice lives at the intersection of fine art and industrial design.
Grounded in a Brutalist aesthetic, I work with raw materials—concrete, wood, and steel—juxtaposed with fragile elements such as thread and light to create moments of restraint, connection, and illumination. I tend to work instinctively, allowing materials to guide form. My process is architectural in spirit: pieces emerge through weight and balance, revealing the structures that they become. The result is a conversation between raw and refined, rigid and delicate—a spatial dialogue that invites viewers to consider the unseen forces shaping both the object and the space it occupies.
